This assignment has been designed to provide knowledge in relation to important aspects of procedural laws on criminal prosecution before Magistrate Court in terms of the institution of criminal proceedings, role of Magistrate, Attorney General, Peace officers and most importantly even the general public in assisting the implementation of criminal proceedings against wrong doers. Accordingly, the completion of this assignment by any applicant will certainly enhanced his knowledge in the above mentioned  areas of criminal procedural laws for effective usage of them in law enforcing forums and in examinations in which the application of the same is tested.
